Pic of the brand-new-to-me 2005 Toyota 4 Runner up at Steamboat Lake Colorado this weekend. Have to say i’m not sad that i didnt get the V8, this thing rocks, 1800lbs on the trailer and 65mph up the tunnel and rabbit ears pass, what more can you ask for…
Had a great weekend, with no internet, now back to the real world and the effing tree that fell down in the front yard.
Long time no post, the Bamboo bike is well done now, I’ve brewed atleast 3 batches of beer and begun the craft of sausage making. Work has kept me farily out of sorts with the real world but i’m working to find a balance between good and evil… Click through on this picture to the rest of the latest 4 or 5 weeks i’ve posted to Flickr..
From a guy who builds wicked cool bikes. I’m entering now!
Life has been crazy the last few months. Busy at work, busy at life and creativity is at an all time low. We had a short “vacation” in Vail last week, Margot skied and went to some caves in Glenwood Springs so that was cool. We stayed in a spectacular house, probably too nice for us but still wicked nice.
On to what’s going on now…Trying to build the bamboo road bike but based on emails from the work side of life, this may be the last work in some time…
I’ll post again when creativity strikes again and i find time to post to this web-log…
Bike Path Warrior (Slow) by smitche383 at Garmin Connect – Details.
Pedaling with Scott on Saturday. I sure need to ride more…
I actually cleaned the garage. And i had to take a shot as i dont know when it’ll be that clean again. And i’m traveling now so i have photos of the kids, the wife and the garage…
This weekend i’ll be finishing bike #4 and hopefully riding it on sunday. We’ll see how that goes.
Traveling for work is an odd thing to me; I’ve lucked out at my current company as to have never traveled before. I’m fairly certain that it’s a ploy to get us away from the family so we work 14 hours a day without complaint as we have nothing else to do…except blog about the garage.
Cheers for now…
